Zwicker is presently seeking a Litigation Operations Assistant I to join our Judgment Processing team. Litigation Operations Assistant I’s primary duties and responsibilities include reviewing, reporting, and following up on judgment entries, retrieving those judgments, and entering appropriate coding into firm software. Additionally, a Litigation Operations Assistant 1 may perform a variety of administrative support tasks as assigned.
The base hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include
· Analyze daily reports to prioritize workload
· Log into designated court websites daily to retrieve newly entered judgments
· Review and verify judgment details for completeness, accuracy, and relevance
· Cross-reference judgment data with internal account records to confirm financial and party details
· Document the approval status and key judgment details
· Flag discrepancies or missing data for review by Branch Offices before submission
· Submit verified judgment for next stage of processing
· Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures set forth by the Firm and its clients
· Perform other duties as assigned

· Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
· Skilled in identifying discrepancies and escalating issues appropriately

· Strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word and Excel)
· Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal handoffs
· Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
· Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
· Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
· Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
Physical Qualifications
· Be able to lift five pounds or greater
· Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
· Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
· Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
