Aspen Careers is partnering with a downtown Columbus firm as they seek to expand their team and hire an Associate Attorney or Non-Equity Partner for their Litigation practice area. Their attorneys are nationally recognized for excellence in their fields by numerous organizations.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5-7 years of experience in Business, Corporate and/or Commercial Litigation. Experience in Estate and Labor & Employment Litigation is a plus.
• Asks for help when needed but does not need to be micromanaged.
• Proven track record.
• Skilled at drafting pleadings, compiling and handling discovery, conducting depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Ability to see client initiatives from start to finish.
