Position Overview
Our client is seeking Litigation Attorneys to support its Coverage, Bad Faith, and Litigation practice. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for attorneys who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. The firm offers a collaborative culture, professional development, and strong work-life balance within either a hybrid or fully remote setup (must reside in Florida).
- Salary of $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

- Assist senior attorneys with complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters
- Draft detailed legal research memos, coverage opinions, and pleadings
- Take Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and litigate declaratory judgment actions
- Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to requests
- Support trial and deposition preparation
- Engage in pre-suit liability review, medical/billing record analysis, and settlement negotiations
- Help manage files involving multiple competing claims
- Maintain accurate, accessible client records and documentation
- Meet assigned billing goals
- Must be licensed to practice law in Florida
- Prior experience in insurance coverage or bad faith
- Proficient in legal research, case strategy, and organization
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills
