Position Overview
This role centers on responding to time-limited conditional demands, with the potential to expand into litigation. It requires strong writing, case management, and client communication skills—especially when working with non-lawyers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $125,000–$175,000, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Draft responses to time-limited conditional demands
• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct research and provide legal counsel
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff to ensure accurate and timely responses
• Maintain organized documentation in demand response files
• Meet billable hour requirements

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in litigation or pre-litigation
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Experience with demand responses, bad faith, or extra-contractual matters preferred
• Strong writing, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle high volume and tight deadlines
