Full Time Bilingual Legal Intake Representative

Legal Intake Professionals is looking for motivated and empathetic Legal Intake Representatives to join our team in an in-office position. You'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance, establishing a positive relationship with every call. Your role is to handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism, compassion, and accuracy.

As a liaison between our law firm clients and their potential customers, your empathy and communication skills are vital. You'll be speaking with people who may be going through a difficult time, so your patience and compassion will set the tone for the entire conversation. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction by focusing on the specific needs of our clients and their customers.

What we're looking for:

• Bilingual skills: The ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English is a requirement for this role.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and diction.
• Phone Presence: A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern.
• Active Listening: The ability to listen closely, ask appropriate questions, and gather all necessary information.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate and fast typing skills
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Previous customer service experience is not required, but a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.

Schedules & Training:

• Schedules: Full-time, 40 hours with shifts varying from 11am-midnight. You must be available to work a Saturday or Sunday each week. Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
