Full Time Legal Intake Representative

As a Legal Intake Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them during what can be a difficult time. You'll answer a high volume of calls with empathy and professionalism, making sure every person feels heard and supported. Your main goal is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and accurately document details.

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

• Excellent active-listening skills
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

Compensation, Shift, and Benefits:

• Compensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.
• Shifts: Full-time, 40-hours. Shifts vary between 11am-midnight. You must be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week. Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
