Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trial attorneys and litigation staff.
Provide strategic direction on litigation matters including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Maximize case value through effective development and trial readiness.
Leverage advanced legal software to manage dockets and optimize team performance.
Maintain a client-focused, results-driven approach.
Requirements:
10+ years of trial experience (personal injury preferred).
Proven leadership in managing plaintiff or defense litigation teams.
Deep understanding of litigation strategy, trial practice, and courtroom excellence.
Strong command of legal technology and workflow tools.
