The Atlanta office is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join a national-caliber, high-stakes, litigation, and trial practice, which includes complex business and commercial cases, class-action defense, trade secrets, etc. Qualified candidates should have graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class, been on the law review, moot court, or trial team. All candidates must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, have experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues, be strategically and analytically minded, be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission in the near future.
