SUMMARY: This position provides general support to in-house legal department of Pyramid, headquartered in Syracuse, New York, is an exceptional privately held developer and manager of unique retail shopping centers in the Northeastern United States of a Real Estate Management Company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting, reviewing and revising Leases and related documents.
- Assemble and maintain information regarding Leases, Mortgages, Real Property Taxes and other information necessary for maintaining commercial real estate.
- Miscellaneous activities related to management of commercial real estate.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: None
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent experience in place of Paralegal Certificate).
OTHER QUALITIES: Self discipline and motivation; prompt attention to matter assigned, attention to detail. Real Estate experience preferred or would be helpful.
