Compensation and Benefits: 
  • Base salary range starting at $42,000 commensurate with experience

  • Uncapped performance-based bonus monthly potentially ranging from $500 to $1,500 per month

  • Paid vacation and holidays

Experience:
  • Prior experience as a paralegal in family law is strongly preferred, but not required.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to at least two attorneys, managing family law cases from start to finish

  • Draft, e-file, and serve pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and pre-trial materials; proactively anticipate attorney needs

  • Compile, scan, and organize discovery responses and exhibits; maintain accurate electronic and physical files

  • Manage attorney calendars, hearings, and court appearances; schedule client, court, and opposing counsel calls; reconcile electronic dockets

  • Work directly with clients to complete financial statements and maintain ongoing communication regarding case updates, deadlines, and hearings

  • Coordinate document service, confirm completion, file affidavits of service, and notify attorneys/clients of outcomes

  • Process incoming mail, track case-related expenses, and handle reimbursements

  • Support client meetings and in-office appointments, including greeting clients and preparing spaces


Salary
  • $500 - $1,500/month
