A prominent Southeastern regional law firm with a national practice is seeking a motivated Business Litigation Associate to join their dynamic practice in Atlanta, Georgia.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record; Moot Court or Law Review participation is a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of commercial and business litigation experience.
• Experience in state and federal courts representing clients in various business and commercial disputes, including but not limited to class actions, real estate litigation, white-collar cases, false claims act, qui tam actions, and whistleblower matters.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Capable of managing cases independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business litigation cases, handling all aspects of case management.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Engage in pre-trial and trial preparation, conducting depositions, and participating in court hearings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Stay informed about legal developments pertinent to commercial litigation.
