
About the Internship:
The Epicor internship is designed to provide real world work experience to law school candidates. It is a paid, 10-week program that provides hands-on work experience in a professional setting for students exploring career options. The summer intern cohort will take part in a robust professional development curriculum, mentoring and regular feedback from supervisors to facilitate professional growth. The summer internship program will start June 02, 2025, and end August 08, 2025.
The Job:
The Epicor Legal Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team for Summer 2025. This internship provides a unique opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative corporate work environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys and paralegals on a variety of legal matters, contributing to real cases and projects.
What you will be doing:
- Help draft and review legal documents, including contracts and regulatory filings.
- Assist in the investigation and review of disputes and litigation.
- Attend meetings and negotiations with legal team members.
- Summarize and organize legal documents and information.
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide support on various projects.
What you will likely bring:
Strong academic record.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What could set you apart:
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an accredited law school.
- Previous experience working on technology related business matters.
