Deputy General Counsel – US Shared Services

The Deputy General Counsel serves as a senior legal leader responsible for supporting the organization’s legal strategy and advising on a broad range of business matters. This role provides guidance on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance issues, helping to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws and policies. The Deputy General Counsel partners with internal stakeholders to review contracts, manage disputes, and support strategic initiatives, while also assisting in the oversight of legal operations and outside counsel. With a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions, this position plays a key role in protecting the organization’s interests and enabling effective decision-making across the enterprise.
