Health Care Associate Attorney Mid to Senior Level Tampa, Florida (Onsite or Hybrid Available)
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $290,000 - $390,000 DOE
HireNow Staffing is representing a nationally recognized law firm seeking an experienced Health Care Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team in Tampa. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in complex regulatory environments and is passionate about serving clients in the healthcare and life sciences space. What You'll Do
  • Provide strategic legal guidance on a wide range of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
  • Advise clients such as physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare investors on business practices and compliance.
  • Manage M&A and joint venture transactions within the healthcare sector, ensuring regulatory compliance at both federal and state levels.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, and deal documents related to healthcare operations and investments.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, contributing to long-term relationship building.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and support their development in regulatory and transactional work.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional legal experience (up to 8 years considered).
  • Licensure: JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar; eligibility for Florida Bar admission is required.
  • Skills: Strong command of federal and state health laws including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine issues.
  • Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented legal professional who is comfortable leading transactions and communicating directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Prior work at a large law firm or experience supporting AmLaw 100 clients is a plus.
