Location: In Office - Tampa, FL
Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Engage in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Participate in trial proceedings, if applicable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigating personal injury attorney.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
