What You'll Do As a Case Manager

  • Oversee and execute tasks outlined in Joint Stipulations or Court Orders with precision and efficiency
  • Apply analytical skills and attention to detail to manage class action settlement cases
  • Coordinate with Operations, Programming, Mailing, Claims, and Call Center teams for seamless case administration
  • Ensure all documentation and processes are accurate and completed in a timely
  • Communicate effectively with our attorneys and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of all settlement activities
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously through excellent multitasking and prioritization skills

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field or position is a plus (Project Management or Legal Services)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Strong math skills and customer service etiquette
