Position Title: Litigation Paralegal – Columbus, Ohio

The Role You Will Play :

• Assist Attorney with managing multiple business litigation cases.
• Drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Preparing for depositions, mediations and arbitration.
• Prepare and file complaints, check service, prepare judgment packets. Monitor court dockets.
• Calendar management, e-filing court documents.
• Client communication

Background Profile :

• Expertise in litigation case management
• 2+ years' experience working with in general commercial/business law cases
• Ability to use/learn new law office technology
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients and co-workers
• Strong detail orientation
