Full-Time Legal Intake Representative

Join our team at Legal Intake Professionals as a Legal Intake Representative! This is an in-office, split shift position. If you're a compassionate and dedicated professional with a knack for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling a high volume of calls with a friendly voice and a deep sense of empathy.

Your daily mission will be to listen carefully, use your quick typing skills to accurately document information, and provide a supportive experience to every caller. We're looking for someone with a great attitude who has a passion for helping people that wants to grow their career! No prior customer service experience is necessary, as we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a huge plus!

What we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and caring phone voice
• Strong active-listening skills and the ability to ask appropriate questions
• The ability to interact with a wide range of personalit8ies and gather key details
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency with computers in a Microsoft Windows environment

Compensation, shifts, and benefits:

• Compensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.
• Shifts: Full-time, 40-hour split shift position. Hours are 7am-12pm and 3pm-9pm. You must be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week. Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
