
P.F. Chang’s is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Paralegal to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll manage the renewal and compliance of all operational licenses—including liquor, business, and health permits—for our restaurant and To-Go locations across the country. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring we meet all local, state, and federal requirements while supporting internal teams and external agencies with timely, accurate information.
What You’ll Do:Oversee renewals and ongoing compliance for all licenses across the restaurant fleet
Respond to agency requests and manage outside counsel for license-related filings
Guide internal teams through violations, changes, and special licensing needs
Maintain accurate, up-to-date license records in our tracking system
Support due diligence for new restaurant openings and coordinate license transfers for closures
Assist with research, permits, and other legal projects as needed
Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day licensing questions and correspondence
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4 years of experience with business and liquor licensing highly preferred
Strong understanding of licensing processes, terminology, and regulatory frameworks
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
