Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensure: Admission to the California bar and in good standing
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential
• 2-7 years of General Employment law experience
• Strong client advocacy and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify and resolve legal problems effectively
• Time management skills are crucial for managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines
• Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating eventual partnership potential

Responsibilities

• Oversee cases from pleadings to trial
• Conduct discovery, law & motion including court appearances
• Work closely with associates and partners across practice areas
• Grow the firm with business development support
• Legal Research and Analysis, statutes, regulations, and case law to advise clients and prepare for hearings and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address their concerns
• Close contact & collaboration with clients
• Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and client meetings, to build and maintain client relationships.
