Litigation Associate - Boston Office

An Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking a litigation associate with 2 to 4 years of business litigation experience to join our Boston office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and possess strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a mid-sized to large law firm is preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery in complex civil litigation, including financial and securities matters.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
• A federal or state appellate clerkship is a plus.
• Candidates must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
