An Am Law 100 law firm is actively seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to enhance its Antitrust practice, particularly in the areas of civil litigation and government enforcement. This position offers the opportunity to engage in high-stakes antitrust cases and collaborate with a team of experts in the field.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Engaging in all major phases of antitrust litigation, including class actions.
• Handling government enforcement actions.
• Participating in the development of legal strategies and analyses.

• Experience: At least three years of substantive antitrust litigation experience, including involvement with class actions and various aspects of civil litigation.
• Preferred Experience: A background in economics and previous experience with government enforcement actions are considered pluses.
• Skills: Outstanding academic credentials, significant law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Licensing Requirements: Must have relevant bar admission or be eligible to obtain admission promptly.
