Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Client Services Concierge to manage our new centralized client communication system. This role serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring efficient routing and timely follow-up of all clients’ matters across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the central concierge email inbox, acknowledging receipt of all client inquiries within established response times.
- Assess and route client questions to the appropriate legal departments based on subject matter expertise.
- Track all communications to ensure timely responses from the respective departments.
- Follow up with internal teams to maintain service standards and response times.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and request resolutions.
- Identify patterns in client inquiries to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure proper handling of urgent matters.
- Serve as the company receptionist, managing front-desk responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a legal setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in email management systems.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and a basic understanding of law firm operations.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal practice areas and service delivery processes.
