Attorney - Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to advise clients on a wide range of business and transactional matters. This role involves hands-on deal work, contract negotiation, and strategic legal guidance for growing companies.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and business operations
• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory and employment-related issues
• Actively contribute to business development and client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong background in M&A and private equity or venture capital
• Proven ability to manage deals from start to finish
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Existing book of business preferred
• J.D. and active state bar admission
