Job Title: Senior Associate/Supervisor – Commercial Litigation Support or Audit


Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

We’re dedicated to providing top-tier services to our diverse client base, and we’re looking to expand our team with an experienced Senior Associate or Supervisor who brings expertise in commercial litigation/forensic accounting and/or audit.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Associate/Supervisor to support our commercial litigation and forensic accounting projects, as well as audit engagements. This full-time role will involve working on a variety of cases and projects, with an opportunity to apply any additional tax compliance or valuation skills throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be able to balance client needs across litigation and audit, with a preference for commercial (non-family law) litigation and forensic accounting experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Support litigation and forensic accounting engagements, focusing on commercial cases, data analysis, and case management.
  • Contribute to audit and compliance projects as needed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Utilize tax and valuation expertise to add value to various projects throughout the year.
  • Work closely with partners and other senior team members to meet client deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist in managing workflow and guiding junior staff to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation/forensic accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and litigation procedures; experience in tax and valuation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to clients and team members.
