Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter billing time in Aderant for assigned attorneys and process expense reports efficiently.
  • Manage complex scheduling and maintain the attorneys’ calendars, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
  • Create and edit a variety of legal documents, including letters, memos, amendments, addendums, and contracts, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct corporate searches and navigate State and DBPR websites for essential information.
  • Assist with presentations, special engagements, and other tasks as needed.
  • Handle conflicts, manage new client packages, and oversee the opening and closing of files.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in executive assistance with a Bachelor’s degree or ten years as a legal assistant.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities, strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of a document management system such as iManage.
  • Outstanding client relations and customer service skills are essential.
