The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending insurance claims and a proven track record of successful case management. You will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings as required.
• Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients regarding their options and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and other legal professionals to build strong defense cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting insurance defense.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Active bar membership in TX.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and oral advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
