Litigation Attorney

Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (3-5 Years Experience)

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for advocacy. You will work on a diverse range of cases and collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda to support case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials, representing clients in court.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to prepare for hearings and trials.
• Review and analyze evidence and documentation to build strong cases.
• Stay current on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Active bar membership in TX.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
