Trueline's client, a dynamic law firm with offices in Arizona, Nevada, California, Washington, and Oregon is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Phoenix. What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and during negotiations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation tactics
- Assist in the development of legal strategies for various cases across different practice areas
- Handle civil litigation matters and manage cases independently
- Work both independently and as part of a team on complex legal issues
You'll Succeed as the Associate Attorney if you Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
- Strong legal research skills with proficiency using legal databases and resources
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
- Ability to litigate cases effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
