About the Role
We’re hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support one of our busy Attorney Teams. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our practice, from drafting and filing legal documents to managing deadlines and prepping for trial. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and file legal documents for family law cases
• Organize case files and maintain awareness of court deadlines
• Prepare documents and exhibits for hearings and trials
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and courts
• Support attorneys through case research, scheduling, and workflow management

• 2+ years of family law paralegal experience required (not entry-level)
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Proficiency with legal technology tools
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, professional, and committed to client service

• Hourly rate: $30.00–$45.00 per hour
