A leading regional law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its
Houston-based Financial Services & Commercial Litigation group. This role offers the chance to represent major financial institutions in both commercial and consumer disputes, as well as to work on high-profile business litigation spanning multiple industries.
Position Summary
As part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you’ll work closely with seasoned partners on complex, high-stakes matters. The practice encompasses a diverse caseload, from sophisticated banking and finance disputes to multi-industry commercial litigation, providing valuable exposure and professional growth.
Key Qualifications
- 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or commercial disputes
- Strong academic background with exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and maintaining the highest professional standards
