Key Responsibilities
Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings, including client prep sessions.
Prepare, scan, file, and organize case documents and correspondence.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in case management systems.
Draft and revise documents, including memos, reports, emails, and forms.
Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Provide backup support to reception as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all aspects of work.
Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
College degree preferred but not required. We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience working in a law firm setting.
Legal administrative or support experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable handling confidential materials and working independently.
Experience with office equipment and basic tech troubleshooting.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
Paralegal certification a plus.

Location: This is a full-time onsite role based in our Century City office in California. Monday through Friday.
