Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure effective and efficient case progression.
- Perform client interviews and gather essential information to support case development.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills to verify the full extent of client injuries and damages.
- Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters, ensuring all client losses are clearly documented for maximum recovery.
- Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters, prioritizing favorable outcomes for clients.
- Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and personalized client care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

- Legal Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and the insurance claims process.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and case negotiations.
