Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure effective and efficient case progression.
  • Perform client interviews and gather essential information to support case development.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills to verify the full extent of client injuries and damages.
  • Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters, ensuring all client losses are clearly documented for maximum recovery.
  • Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters, prioritizing favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and personalized client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.


Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in pre-litigation case management at a personal injury law firm, specifically handling auto accident cases.
  • Legal Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and the insurance claims process.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and case negotiations.
