Commercial Vehicle Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff-Side)

Pusch and Nguyen is a high-performing plaintiff’s personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for victims of serious truck and commercial vehicle crashes. We handle complex, high-value cases involving 18-wheelers, box trucks, delivery fleets, and other commercial vehicles. Our team is relentless in seeking justice for clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries or lost loved ones due to corporate negligence. We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to help us push these cases toward maximum results.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of commercial vehicle accident cases through trial, if necessary
- Gather and analyze key evidence including crash reports, driver logs, ECM (“black box”) data, maintenance records, and employment files
- Draft petitions, discovery responses, medical chronologies, and demand packages
- Coordinate accident reconstructions, site inspections, and expert retention
- Review and summarize voluminous medical records and billing statements
- Maintain frequent and empathetic communication with clients
- Track deadlines, manage dockets, and ensure timely filings in state and federal court
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and support attorneys during hearings, depositions, and trial
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing large-scale discovery and working with expert witnesses
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced plaintiff-side practice
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
