Part Time Legal Intake Representative

Our Legal Intake Representatives are the first friendly voice clients hear when they need help. In this in-office position, you'll be the front lines, managing a high volume of phone inquiries with empathy and care. Your mission is to listen closely, get to the heart of each caller's needs, and provide a positive experience that leaves a lasting impression.

We're looking for a personable and articulate professional, who is passionate about making a real impact, and wants to be with a company long-term. You'll rely on your strong listening and data entry skills to ensure every client interaction is documented with precision. While prior experience is a plus, it's not a requirement; we provide all the training. What we value most is your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and genuine commitment to helping our clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and dictation
• A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
• Active listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
• The ability to ask appropriate questions
• The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of callers claims
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

Compensation and shifts:

• Compensation: $20 per hour with perfect attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, coming back on time from any breaks during your shift and fulling completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 per hour.
• Shifts: Part-time hours, varying between 12pm-Midnight. You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week. Training will last approximately four weeks, Mon-Fri from 8a-12p or 4p-8p. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule
