JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative support to the legal department.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in administrative tasks associated with the various department functions, including typing,
filing, mailing, copying, and paying invoices. - Communicate project and task statuses to customers and other departments.
- Assist the department in scheduling meetings, training, and events.
- Organize and generate reports on core department projects.
- Create tasks and input data in the company project management system.
- Archive records and legal documentation in the company work management platform.
- Help maintain contract management system.
- Administer legal department's shared email inboxes.
- Complete other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Prior administrative experience is desired.
- Prior legal or insurance-related experience is desired.
