
Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City law firm, has an exciting employment opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation section.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will involve complex project management responsibilities and will assist attorneys with litigation cases. Responsibilities will include document management and organization of information, discovery, legal research, drafting of legal documents, correspondence between attorneys and clients, e-filing, providing proactive and advanced legal support and other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical skills to independently review, draft, and prepare documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. An ability to manage multiple matters, set own work priorities and meet work deadlines is essential. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team. Position requires discretion, independent judgment, and critical thinking skills. Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor's Degree is required.
