Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.
This role offers robust litigation experience in a supportive environment where your voice and perspective matter.
What You'll Do
- Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research
- Draft complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences with partner guidance
- Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals
- Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial
- Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and intake team members
- Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes
Who You Are
- Recent law school graduate or early-career attorney
- Licensed in Nevada or awaiting bar results
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Experience in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus
