Attorney

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of leases, agreements, and other contracts to ensure the company’s interests are protected and compliance with legal standards is maintained. 

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• 1-3 years legal work experience in a law firm (or equivalent) 
• At least one year of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional agreements 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Real estate experience, especially commercial leasing experience, is a plus
• This position is not remote or hybrid

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate airport commercial leases and related documentation (i.e. letters of credit, labor peace agreements, construction agreements, etc.)
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements and other contracts
• Draft legal notices and communications 
• Provide proactive legal support and counsel to the finance, accounting, operations, human resources, and marketing departments/functions
• Conduct due diligence on potential business partners
• Support corporate compliance and governance functions 
• Maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and contract/legal compliance 
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist with risk management and contract compliance strategies 
• Assist with managing outside counsel 
• Other duties as assigned
