Who we are looking for
A Senior Paralegal will generally have at least three years of experience as a paralegal, with a portion of those years in the financial services industry. A Senior Paralegal will have significant responsibility for the provision of day-to-day legal administration services to one or several clients. A Senior Paralegal must demonstrate an ability to work with general direction from senior attorneys and must be adept at juggling priorities for multiple clients to meet deadlines based on changing client and department needs. In addition, a Senior Paralegal must demonstrate a good working knowledge of the legal administration services provided to mutual fund clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Senior Paralegal: you will
- Prepares Board meeting materials (agendas, memoranda, resolutions, draft minutes) and preparation of Board packages to board members and other interested individuals prior to board meetings.
- Drafts Board meeting minutes and resolutions for review by senior attorneys.
- Prepares filings with the SEC (including annual updates to Registration Statements on Form N-1A, supplements, Form N-PX and Form N-CSR).
- Maps and updates data on a content management service for registration statements.
- Maintains and adheres to corporate filings calendars and recurring board agendas.
- Coordinates with clients, outside counsels, State Street Financial Administration and other fund service providers with respect to fund issues.
- Works at the general direction of a senior attorney in the delivery of legal administration services to clients.
- May participate in special projects for which the problems and issues are clearly defined.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
