About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, team player, and strong communicator with a proven track record in civil litigation, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, criminal, and general practice. They are comfortable managing a full caseload, working collaboratively, and delivering high-quality service to clients while upholding firm values and ethical standards.

ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities listed below describe the general nature of the role and are not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned as needed
- Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate legal representation to clients
- Conduct in-depth research and apply findings strategically to support client matters
- Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues, including senior attorneys and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client service and continuous development
- Manage deadlines and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
- Participate in internal meetings, case reviews, and firm development initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in Family Law
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce thoughtful and persuasive legal documents
- Strong courtroom and advocacy experience, with confidence in representing clients in various legal settings
- Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and staff while also taking initiative and ownership over your work
- Familiarity with Mac/Apple products, legal practice management software, Google Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft applications

This position may be performed remotely (within the state of Arizona), in a hybrid arrangement, or on-site, depending on the needs of the firm, clients, and assigned cases. The role offers flexibility; however, during the first 90 days of employment, the Family LawAttorney is expected to be in the office as much as possible for onboarding, training, and integration with the team. The typical workday is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
