An AV-rated civil litigation firm with a national presence is seeking a driven Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its growing Charlotte office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with experience in first- and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation who is ready to advance their career with a respected, well-established litigation practice.

What You’ll Need:

• 2–4 years of experience in first- and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation (defense preferred)
  

• Admission to North Carolina or South Carolina (must obtain admission to both within one year – assistance provided)
  

• Strong academic credentials
  

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
  

What You’ll Do:

• Handle insurance coverage litigation matters from start to finish
  

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
  

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions
  

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other key legal proceedings
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $95,000 – $130,000 DOE
  

• Performance bonus plan: $12,000 – $36,000 annually
