We have an immediate need in our New York City office, located in the Financial District, to join our national housing group.
As a member of this team, you will continue to work on sophisticated transactions and cutting-edge financial products. We represent public agencies, investment banks, hospitals, universities, social service agencies and cultural facilities. We are the leading firm in this industry and maintain this position through our unrelenting commitment to client service, excellence, integrity and collaborative problem-solving.
We offer a collegial work setting, a problem-solving environment and extensive direct contact with clients and senior partners. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years’ experience in Big Law, or other experience in transaction law or securities law, and will be motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills, a commitment to ethics and excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. New York bar admission, or pending bar admission, is required.

Compensation
The anticipated starting base salary for this full-time position begins at $200,000 plus bonus. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
