A nationally recognized law firm with a distinguished history of success in high-stakes plaintiff litigation is seeking a well-rounded Litigation Paralegal to join its collaborative team to work in their Boston or Philadelphia office.

This role will support high-profile employment law cases specific to labor law and wage and hour litigation. Responsibilities include: managing discovery, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and pre-trial prep for a team of attorneys. The ability to collaborate with all members of the litigation team and mentor  junior paralegal staff as needed is ideal in a successful candidate. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a strong focus on employment, commercial, or civil law
• Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research databases, and e-discovery platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and maintain a results-oriented approach
