The Atlanta office of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its team. Primarily, this role will work on General Liability matters. This opportunity will provide the Associate with direct client contact and a hands-on role in moving cases forward. We are not working with search firms to fill this role.
Required Education & Professional Licensure:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Georgia and good standing with the State of GA Bar.
Essential Job Requirements:
- 2 or more years of litigation experience in the civil defense arena is ideal but not required.
- Experience with insurance defense matters and meeting billing guidelines.
- Deposition and trial experience is an asset but not required.
