Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This hybrid role is a strategic entry point for individuals looking to build a career at the intersection of technology and revenue strategy. You’ll support the optimization of our Salesforce environment, drive operational excellence, and help scale data-driven decision-making across our revenue organization.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about self-development (including ongoing Salesforce skill growth), excited by the mechanics of a high-performance sales engine, and eager to grow their impact within a dynamic, metrics-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

  • Support the daily configuration, maintenance, and performance of our Salesforce platform.

  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, workflows, validation rules, and permission sets.

  • Build and adjust custom fields, formulas, and page layouts to meet evolving business needs.

  • Document and train Sales team users on new features and optimized workflows.

  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce updates and third-party integrations.

  • Ensure data cleanliness and integrity through regular deduplication and validation tasks.

Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as ARR, pipeline velocity, and win rates.

  • Assist in the management of sales pipeline data and ensure opportunity and account data accuracy.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support cross-functional projects, sales forecasting, and quote-to-cash workflows.

  • Contribute to ongoing process documentation, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.

  • Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects in support of a rapidly growing sales team.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • You are a creative problem solver who thinks critically about how to optimize systems and empower sales teams—and you take full accountability for your work. You are internally driven, motivated to exceed expectations, and proactive in identifying opportunities and pushing projects forward. With a strong sense of integrity, you operate with honesty and transparency, even in challenging situations.

  • You are a curious learner, eager to deepen your Salesforce expertise and grow your career in Sales Operations. You actively seek out feedback, explore new ideas, and quickly apply new knowledge in a dynamic environment. You thrive in fast-paced, data-driven settings and adapt quickly to change, showing resilience and flexibility under pressure.

  • You’re also an effective communicator who values collaboration and internal customer service. You listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and work toward shared solutions—building strong relationships across teams through emotional intelligence and a commitment to solving problems together.

  • In short, you embody the characteristics of a top performer: initiative, integrity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Sales Cloud; Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Classic and Lightning.

  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce concepts and objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Reports).

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Comfort with CRM data management and reporting.

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and metrics.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and team-oriented communication skills

  • You must be able to work independently and cross-functionally.

Bonus Skills
