Job Description

Established firm seeks an experienced administrative support person. This will primarily be a remote position with periodic time spent in the office located in Center City.

This position requirements mid-level Excel, mid-level PowerPoint, and excellent speaking and grammar skills.

This position is eligible for medical benefits. Salary is based on experience and skill level, in the range of $19 - $22 an hour.

Primary responsibilities include: 

Answering incoming calls
Learning and implementing the new client and potential client intake process
Creating excel spreadsheets
Creating PowerPoints
Editing and proofreading excels, power points, and marketing pieces
Communicating with outside vendors
Basic administrative duties including compiling documents, processing clients, phone calls, printing and making copies

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience in administrative support required.

Ability to prove Excel, PowerPoint and Proof-Reading skills required.

A background check will be conducted.

We participate in E-Verify, an Internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility.
