
Job Description
The Paralegal will manage, organize and maintain all Legal Department records and corporate records. He or she will also draft, edit and create legal forms, correspondences, and documents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain corporate records and filings
- Manage litigation files and coordinate service of process/subpoenas
- Prepare legal forms and documents
- Maintain corporate contracts, IP portfolio and monitor deadlines
- Assist in responding to subpoenas, payer inquiries and audits, including coordinating record retrievals, documentation requests, and appeal responses
- Perform other legal duties as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer and other similar functions as assigned by members of the Executive Team
A Successful Candidate Must Possess:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Paralegal certificate and/or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience serving as paralegal in a law firm and/or corporation required
