Job Summary | The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Office of Intellectual Property and Technology Licensing (IPTL) and serves as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties. Opportunity exists for a hybrid work arrangement Duties include:

Minimum Qualifications | 5 or more years in related experience in an office setting, to include organizing and supporting the activities of professional and leadership within the office, managing priorities, handling routine office operations matters, and handling the administrative and transactional details related to the business. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. |
Preferred Qualifications | Associate degree or bachelor's degree in relevant field Experience working with law firms and legal matters |
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities | • Requires excellent customer service skills |
Shift | Business Hours: Monday - Friday. Hybrid work arrangement is available. |
Travel | Local travel between campus locations only |
Driving | Incidental driving possible, but not required |
Starting Salary/Rate | Expected hiring range: $20.00 - $24.51 per hour Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials.
