AVA Law Group, PLLC is looking for a professional and driven Administrative Assistant who is responsible for providing administrative support to the AVA Law Group management team.
Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the AVA Law Group management team, including schedule management, prioritizing emails, communications, and arranging business meetings and events.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Actively maintains schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Pro-actively resolves scheduling conflicts
- Manage emails, general communication with clients, and distribute professional communication as needed for management team.
- Manages communication between the Montana office and other office locations across the nation.
- Formatting information for internal and external communication including memos, emails, and presentations and or reports.
- Takes minutes during meetings and distributes to appropriate recipients along with sending out action item reminders.
- Collaborating with various staff and departments in preparing for special projects and events.
- Provides administrative duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organization skills
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or position that requires a high attention to detail desired.
